Last year Shanna's hard drive died from the Click of Death. (One of my proudest moments in computing was when the Genius asked me "Do you have recent backups?" and I could say "Yes!") At the time it cost a couple hundred bucks for replacement because the unit was out of warranty. I wanted the computer back quickly so I paid up.
Today I got an email from Apple saying they're going to reimburse me for the repair cost because the Click of Death was their fault. Hooray!
