Zach's Journal - February 29th, 2008

This farewell to Luke Gorrie, who is leaving Nepal to become a Forth hacker in Sweden, is touching. Luke improved the free CL experience dramatically when he poured his energy into making SLIME a great environment for hacking, and I wish he'd come back. But it seems like he's destined to go from community to community, making life better along the way for everyone. Good luck Luke!

Bill Clementson wrote about yesterday's lispvan meeting, and included Brad Beveridge's slides in OpenOffice format. I've converted them to PDF for slightly easier viewing, you can find them here.

The slides are interesting, and I can't wait to check out the video!
